Overview
Lekhan (Hindi for 'writing') is a native iOS typing test that helps you measure and improve your typing speed and accuracy. With real-time WPM tracking, detailed performance analytics, and a history system to track progress over time, Lekhan makes typing practice intuitive and visual.
The Story
Lekhan started because I was tired of web-based typing tests. They felt clunky on mobile, the keyboards never worked right, and the experience just wasn't native. I wanted something that felt like it belonged on iOS.
So I built Lekhan. A typing test that respects the platform. Clean design, customizable themes, detailed analytics. No ads, no accounts, no friction. Just you and your keyboard.
The name comes from Hindi (लेखन) meaning 'writing'. It felt fitting for an app about the craft of typing.
Built with SwiftUI from the ground up, Lekhan embraces the same minimalist design philosophy as all Brainrot Creations projects: warm aesthetics, intentional restraint, a focus on what actually matters. No clutter, no confusion. Just typing, measured.
